Job 1: QUANTITY SURVEYOR
(Civil & Structural / Electrical / Piping)
(based in Petaling Jaya)
Responsibilities:
• To review and evaluate enquiries received from client
• To prepare tenders, including but not limited to accurate Material Take Off (MTO), Bill of Quantity (BOQ) entries, contractual evaluation, schedules and etc.
• To request and evaluate bids for subcontracted elements
• To prepare and assist in the negotiation and award of subcontracts
• To manage, monitor and administer project’s contract
• To manage and coordinate all projects related to contractual matters, including claims to client & subcontractors, extension of time and etc.
Requirements:
• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University / institution
• Possess at least 5 years working experience preferably in Civil & Structural industry. Experience in piping system or Electrical will be an added advantage
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, meticulous, analytical, deadline driven, able to work under pressure and long working hours
• Fluent in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia as well as high proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job 2: SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR
(Civil & Structural)
(based in Shah Alam)
Responsibilities:
• To lead, coordiante and manage workers
• To plan, manage and monitor progress of site works.
• To attend site meetings and solve problems
• To prepare and assist in the negotiation and award of subcontracts
• To manage and coordinate all projects related to contractual matters, including claims to client & subcontractors, extension of time and etc.
Requirements:
• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University / institution
• Possess at least 5 years working experience preferably in Civil & Structural industry. Experience in sewerage or Electrical will be an added advantage
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, meticulous, analytical, deadline driven, able to work under pressure and long working hours
• Fluent in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia as well as high proficiency in Microsoft Office
